3. Booking Services
When you book a service with us:
- You agree to provide accurate info (name, address, phone, etc.)
- You agree to be available or have someone there during the scheduled service
- You agree to pay for the service after it’s completed unless we discuss other terms in writing
Estimates are free and valid for a limited time. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes (we’ll always explain why and get your OK first).
4. Payments
We accept major forms of payment. Full payment is due when the work is finished, unless we’ve made a different arrangement. If payment isn’t made, we may:
- Stop work
- Charge late fees
- Take legal steps to collect
You’re responsible for any collection or legal fees if that happens.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Life happens. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel last-minute or aren’t home for a scheduled visit, we may charge a fee to cover lost time and travel.
6. Emergency Services
If we offer emergency service, we’ll do our best to respond fast. Safety comes first. If a job is too risky (due to weather, location, or property hazards), we’ll pause work until it’s safe.
7. Liability
We use trained crews and proper equipment. Still, tree work is dangerous. We carry insurance for our work, tools, and team. We’re not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage on your property
- Issues caused by inaccurate info you give us
- Damage from services you requested against our advice
You’re responsible for keeping pets, people, and personal items away from work areas.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our site—text, images, branding—is owned by us. You can’t copy, reuse, or publish it without our OK.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll post the new version here with a new date. Using our site or booking a service after that means you accept the new terms.
